We offer free Disability Concessions to anyone living with a disability and those who may need assistance to access the sauna.
This concession gives you £5 Off-Peak and £10.50 Peak Sauna sessions across all sites (please note this does not include our Peckham location). These sessions are for the account holder ONLY, please do not book others.
You can apply through our chatbot, Ember, at the bottom right corner of this page.
Please note, we do require one of the following to prove your eligibility for this Concession:
-Evidence that you receive one of the following payments:
• Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
• Attendance Allowance (AA)
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
-Documentation of one of the following cards:
• Disabled Person Railcard
• Access Card
• Blue Badge
• DID
-Medical evidence of your disability:
• Severely Sight Impaired Registration (formerly Registered Blind)
• Sight Impaired Registration (formerly Partially Sighted)
• Registered hearing loss (Deaf, Deaf with Speech, Hard of Hearing)
Once approved, your Concession is valid for 1 year. Once expired, please reapply via Ember, our chatbot.
If you would like to bring a carer, please email us at least 3 business days before your session confirming the email address used to make your booking, session details (date, time and location) and a note confirming you’d like to bring an assistant.
