How do I cancel or reschedule?

You can change and cancel your booking directly from our app. Please note that in order to reschedule, you will need to cancel your booking first. Here's how:

  1. Download the Community Sauna app from the app/play store

  2. Sign in to your account.

  3. Click Home and select your booking under My schedule.

  4. Select Cancel Booking - your booking will be cancelled and we’ll process your refund automatically (this should be back in your account within 5-10 business days). Please note we require 24hrs notice to issue any refunds. Cancellations outside this timeframe are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  5. Repeat for each slot you would like to cancel.

Important: To cancel multiple bookings you will need to repeat the same process for each individual session.

If you would like to rebook Go to Timetable, select a session and complete the booking as usual.
