You can change and cancel your booking directly from our app. Please note that in order to reschedule, you will need to cancel your booking first. Here's how:
Sign in to your account.
Click Home and select your booking under My schedule.
Select Cancel Booking - your booking will be cancelled and we’ll process your refund automatically (this should be back in your account within 5-10 business days). Please note we require 24hrs notice to issue any refunds. Cancellations outside this timeframe are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Repeat for each slot you would like to cancel.
Important: To cancel multiple bookings you will need to repeat the same process for each individual session.
If you would like to rebook Go to Timetable, select a session and complete the booking as usual.
