To update your name
Please send us an email at hello@coinmetro.com with the details and reasoning for the name change.
To update your email address
If you want to change your account email, please forward the following details to hello@coinmetro.com:
Your full name and registered residential address (in the email body)
The phone number you registered in our system (in the email body)
A selfie picture of yourself holding a valid ID (preferably the one you used to verify your account), and a pen-written note with the words “Coinmetro email change", your email address, the new email address, and today's date. Please ensure that you are holding both the note and your ID in the selfie (you holding the note with that message, and your ID all in one image)

Please note that due to security reasons, we can only consider email address change requests sent via email.
To update your address
To update your address, you'll need to provide us with proof of address. Please email us at hello@coinmetro.com where we will provide you with a secure link where you can upload your document.
