Ready to move your crypto from Coinmetro to an external wallet? With just a few steps, you can safely withdraw your funds in minutes.

✅ Step 1: Verify Your Account

Before you can withdraw funds, your account must be fully verified. This is a requirement for all transactions on the platform.

Verification includes:

  • Completing your identity check (submitting personal information and a valid ID document)

  • Submitting your residential address.

Simply log into your account and complete the verification process if you haven't already.

💰 Step 2: Go to the Withdrawal Screen

Select the instructions below depending on whether you're using the web version of Coinmetro or the mobile.

📱 How to Withdraw Crypto on the Mobile App

  2. Select Crypto.

  3. Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.

  4. Select the network (if multiple network options are available).

  6. Enter the wallet address to which you want to withdraw it. If you've previously saved a wallet address, you can simply select it by tapping on Recent.
