  6. If applicable, copy and paste your tag or memo into the withdrawal form in the sending wallet.

  7. When done, you can close the pop-up.

You'll receive an email once we've received the funds and when they've been credited to your Coinmetro account.

Important Notice for ERC20 Wallet Addresses

Due to demand for ERC20 addresses, if a deposit has not been made within 7 days after the address is first created, we may reassign the address, so please return here to see the most up to date address to prevent any permanent loss.
