Manage Your Account

View your personal user details, assigned roles, and account status in the Cofinity-X Portal

Where to Find It

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

2. Select “Your Account” from the dropdown menu

This opens your personal account page.

What You Can See in Your Account

Personal Information

  • Name

  • Email

  • BPN (Business Partner Number associated with your identity)

Status Information

  • Account status (e.g., Active)

  • Date and time your user was created

Issuer Info

  • Email addresses of current Admins

Assigned Portal Roles

At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a list of your assigned Portal roles. These define what actions you can perform, such as:

Company Admin

App Developer

Business Admin

...and others

You can refer to the Portal User Roles Guide if you would like to understand more about the different roles

If you’re missing a role, contact any of your company’s admin to request access.

Security Options

You can also:

  • Copy your access token (if needed for API use)

  • Request to delete your user account


Can You Edit This Info?

You can’t edit your name, BPN, or assigned roles directly.

To update these, please contact your company admin or Cofinity-X Support (support@cofinity-x.com).
