This process is handled through the Business Partner Explorer. You’ll need the Business Partner Data Manager role to proceed. Company admins can assign this via the User Management section.
Only the legal entity that owns a site should upload or edit its Site information, according to CX-0010 BPDM Standard v2.2.1.
Prerequisites
Before adding site data, make sure the following conditions are met:
You are logged into the Cofinity-X Portal with an active user account.
You have been assigned the Business Partner Data Manager role.
This can be granted by your company admin via the User Management section.

Correct any validation errors
Site validation can take up to 48 hours. You’ll see the current status in the “Your Company” section of the portal.
