Manage Portal Users

Learn how Company Admins can view and manage user accounts assigned to their company in the Cofinity-X Portal.

๐Ÿ“ Accessing the User Management Area

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

2. Select User Management

3. Select Portal User Management

This is where youโ€™ll see the full list of users connected to your company.

๐Ÿ‘€ What Youโ€™ll See

A user table showing:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Status (e.g., Active)

  • Assigned roles

  • Action buttons to view individual user details where you can reset password, suspend or delete accounts

โž• Want to Add Users?

You can invite new users to the portal directly from this section.

Click the arrow beside a user to view their:

  • Personal details

  • Assigned roles (with option to change)

  • App-specific permissions

Youโ€™ll also be able to:

  • Reset password

  • Suspend or delete the user


๐Ÿ” Access Control

Only users with the Company Admin or similar elevated roles can add or manage users.
