Accessing the User Management Area
1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
2. Select User Management
3. Select Portal User Management
This is where you’ll see the full list of users connected to your company.
What You’ll See
A user table showing:
Name
Email
Status (e.g., Active)
Assigned roles
Action buttons to view individual user details where you can reset password, suspend or delete accounts
Want to Add Users?
You can invite new users to the portal directly from this section.

Managing Existing Users
Click the arrow beside a user to view their:
Personal details
Assigned roles (with option to change)
App-specific permissions
You’ll also be able to:
Reset password
Suspend or delete the user
Access Control
Only users with the Company Admin or similar elevated roles can add or manage users.
