How to track your crypto transaction on a blockchain explorer

Updated in the last hour

A blockchain explorer is like a tracking website for crypto—the same way you'd track a parcel with a courier.

You can use a blockchain explorer to check the status ofAa deposit you made to Cloudbet that hasn't appeared in your account yet, or a withdrawal from Cloudbet that hasn't arrived in your wallet yet.

1. Find your Transaction ID

A Transaction ID is a long, unique string of letters and numbers. For deposits, find it in your crypto wallet or exchange after you send funds. For withdrawals, find it in the withdrawal confirmation email Cloudbet sends you.

2. Go to the blockchain explorer for your crypto

3. Paste your Transaction ID into the search bar

Find the search bar at the top of the blockchain explorer and paste the Transaction ID you obtained previously.

4. Check the transaction status

Confirmed

The transaction has been processed and recorded on the blockchain. The funds have moved.

  • For withdrawals: The funds have left Cloudbet. Check the wallet address you withdrew to, or allow a little more time for it to show up.

Pending

The transaction has been sent to the network but hasn't been confirmed yet. This is normal—it usually resolves within a few minutes.

Not found or error

The Transaction ID couldn't be found. This could mean the transaction hasn't been sent yet, the Transaction ID was copied incorrectly, or you're using the wrong explorer for your network.

Make sure you copied the full Transaction ID and used the correct explorer for your cryptocurrency.
