I can’t see my crypto deposit in my account

Learn what to do if your deposit hasn’t arrived in your account.

Updated yesterday

If you can't see your crypto deposit in your account, check these common reasons and what you should do next.

1. Check if you’ve reached your deposit limit

There are two types of deposit limits that could be blocking your deposit:

Unverified account cap

If your account is unverified, a $2,200 lifetime deposit limit applies. Deposits exceeding this won't be credited until you complete account verification.

Personal deposit limit

If you've set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit through your Responsible Gambling settings, your deposit will be blocked once you hit that amount. Learn more in this article.

2. Make sure your crypto and network are supported

Cloudbet supports specific cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks. If you deposited an unsupported crypto or deposited a supported crypto on the wrong network, you won’t see your deposit in your account.

Deposits of unsupported crypto or networks are not recoverable. Learn more about it.

3. Check if your cryptocurrency has a minimum deposit amount

Some cryptocurrencies have a minimum deposit threshold. If you deposited an amount below this threshold, it won't be credited to your account.

4. Wait for 10 minutes

Crypto deposits are usually credited within minutes. However, delays can happen due to blockchain congestion.

Wait at least 10 minutes after you deposit, then refresh your account.

5. Check your deposit on a blockchain explorer

Check whether your transaction was confirmed on the blockchain. You'll need your transaction hash—find it in your sending wallet or exchange.

6. Contact customer support

If your deposit still hasn’t appeared after completing the steps above, contact customer support and include:

  • Cryptocurrency

  • Network

  • Deposit address

  • Transaction date

  • Transaction link (TXID)
