Your balance isn't enough to cover the network fee

Learn what to do when the "Withdraw" button is greyed out or you see the network fee error message when trying to withdraw.

Your withdrawal can be blocked when your balance isn't enough to cover both the withdrawal amount and the required network (blockchain) fee. This can show up in two ways: as an error message or as a greyed-out "Withdraw" button.

What’s a network fee?

A network fee is a mandatory charge paid to the blockchain to process your transaction. The amount depends on the currency and network you're using. See current network fees.

Cloudbet doesn’t charge any additional fees beyond what the network requires.

Example

If you're withdrawing USDT and your balance is 10 USDT, but the network fee is 0.005 USDT, you'll only be able to withdraw 9.995 USDT.

If you try to withdraw more than 9.995 USDT, you’ll see the error message.

What to do next

Lower your withdrawal amount slightly to leave room for the network fee (shown at the bottom of the screen), then select Withdraw again.
