Normally, your bet is still pending for the following reasons:
The event hasn’t started or has been postponed.
The outcome of your bet is unknown because the event is still ongoing.
The outcome of your bet is known, but the event is still ongoing (e.g., a bet on the half-time score).
Once the event has ended, your bet will be automatically graded by our system.
If your bet is still pending after the event has ended, there may be a delay in syncing the official game results. Contact customer support to grade your bet manually (and provide your bet ID when reaching out).
