A bet stays pending until the event it's based on has finished, and the official result is confirmed. Once that happens, our system grades it automatically and your balance updates.
Common reasons your bet is still pending
Reason | What it means |
Event hasn't started | The match is upcoming, or it's been postponed or rescheduled. |
Event still in progress | Play is ongoing, so the outcome isn't final yet. |
Your market isn't decided | The specific market you bet on hasn't been settled (e.g., a full-time result while the match is only at half-time). |
A parlay leg is open | Your bet is a multi/parlay and at least one leg is still on an unfinished event. The whole bet stays pending until every leg settles. |
Results syncing | The event has ended, but there's a delay receiving the official results from our data provider. |
When you should contact us
If the event has clearly finished and your bet is still pending well beyond the normal settling time, there may be a delay in syncing the official result and we can grade it manually. Reach out to customer support and include your bet ID so we can locate it quickly.
