A bet ID is a unique reference number assigned to each sports bet you place on Cloudbet. When you contact Customer Support about bet issues, they’ll ask you to provide your bet ID. Have it ready with you to get your issue resolved faster.
Here’s how to find your bet ID:
On the sports site, select the bet slip.
Select the Active or Settled tab.
Locate the bet in question, then select ˅.
For Bet ID, select the copy icon.
