A bet ID is a unique reference number assigned to each sports bet you place on Cloudbet. When you contact customer support about bet issues, have your bet ID ready to get help faster.
Find your bet ID from the bet history
On the sports site, select My bets.
Select the bet history icon.
Locate the bet and select the ⌄
If needed, select ⌄ again.
Locate the bet ID.
Find your bet ID from your active bets
On the sports site, select My bets.
In the Active tab, locate your bet.
Select (bet).
Locate the bet ID.
