A bet ID is a unique reference number assigned to each sports bet you place on Cloudbet.
When you contact customer support about bet issues, they’ll ask you to provide your bet ID. Have it ready with you to get your issue resolved faster.
Here’s how to find your bet ID:
On the sports site, select My bets.
Select the bet history icon.
Locate the bet and select the ⌄
Select ⌄ again.
Locate the bet ID.
