Resources

Updated over a week ago

Be aware that the Resources section serves as a hub for data harmonization across the entire software and has a true database-like nature.

If you modify or delete entries, it may potentially impact the entire software.

  1. Edit

    1. Edits the name of the selected entry.

    2. With the additional feature "Multi Language Resources," you can also manage translations of the entry into your user languages through this button.

  2. Link with Organizational Unit(s)

    1. If you want specific entries to be displayed only for certain organizational units (e.g., in processing activities) – no problem!

    2. Use this option to enable or disable organizational units to control the visibility of the entry for certain users or in documents (e.g., processing activities).

    3. Note: In the Resources feature, all entries remain visible to all users!

  3. Merge

    1. This feature allows you to harmonize your data.

    2. Easily combine duplicates or identical terms with spelling errors. Choose between:

      1. Create New (Create a completely new term OR use an existing one.)

      2. Merge with Existing (Merge the selected entries into an already existing and established entry.)

  4. Delete

    1. Deletes the entry.

    2. Please use this option only if you are certain that the entry is no longer needed.

      1. If it is a duplicate or an entry with a spelling error, please choose Merge instead.
