In caralegal, go to the resource area where you manage your legal documents.
Use link icon:
Locate the specific country legal basis you want to link to and click on the link icon associated with that legal basis.
Link to organizational unit:
Select the Link to organizational unit(s) option to set up or change the link.
Select organizational unit:
Select the specific organizational unit(s) to which the legal basis applies. This ensures that this legal basis is only displayed and applied to processing activities of the relevant organizational units.
These steps ensure that the country-specific legal bases are correctly assigned and are only visible in the relevant organizational units.
