If you rename, delete or merge something in the Resources area, this change is applied system-wide.
This means that the new/changed entry is updated wherever the entry in question is used.
All previous references to the old entry are automatically replaced by the new name, ensuring consistency throughout the system.
The features therefore make it possible to make changes to the data structure at a central point and to look at possibly hundreds of entries.
BUT: The effects of the changes are VERY BIG. Only give access to this area to users with the appropriate knowledge.
