A guest who books a massage or a fitness class through Trybe is still the same guest who booked the room. Bookboost now pulls those Trybe bookings, spa, wellness, and other service orders, into the guest’s profile automatically, so you can see the whole relationship, not just the stay, and act on it.
What it does
Bookboost pulls every Trybe order into the guest’s profile: a one-off backfill of historical orders, plus an ongoing, near-real-time sync as new orders are created.
Each order is matched to the right guest using the same Trybe customer connection Bookboost already keeps for guest matching, so it lands on the correct profile without manual work.
Updates in Trybe carry through to Bookboost too. When an order is changed, cancelled, or refunded, the guest’s record updates to match, so what you see in Bookboost stays in step with what actually happened in Trybe.
Trybe is a standalone connector: it works independently of your PMS. If you use Trybe, orders sync whether or not you also connect a PMS to Bookboost, and they appear on the guest’s profile alongside their other activity rather than nested inside a specific stay.

How to set this up?
Trybe is not a self-serve connection yet. Contact your Bookboost contact, or email support@bookboost.io, and the team will connect your property’s Trybe account for you.
Before orders can attach to a guest, the Trybe customer sync needs to be active for your property. This is what matches a Trybe customer to the right guest profile in the first place; without it, an order has no guest to attach to.
What this does not do
Segmentation on orders is limited to service type, date range, status, and amount. Other order details are not yet queryable.
There is no dedicated Trybe screen. Orders appear as part of the guest’s existing profile, and setup goes through your Bookboost contact rather than an in-app settings page.
Bookboost does not yet message guests automatically the moment they book a Trybe service. Triggering real-time messages from Trybe booking events is on the roadmap, with no committed date.
Common questions
Do I need a PMS connected for this to work? No. Trybe orders sync independently of any PMS you do or do not have connected to Bookboost.
What happens to bookings a guest made before the integration was switched on? Bookboost backfills historical Trybe orders as well as syncing new ones, so past bookings appear alongside new ones.
Will a cancellation or refund in Trybe show up in Bookboost? Yes. Cancellations, refunds, and other updates made in Trybe are reflected on the guest’s record in Bookboost.
Can I message a guest automatically the moment they book a Trybe service? Not yet. Real-time messaging triggered directly by Trybe bookings is on the roadmap.
