🧾 How to View and Pay Your Bookboost Invoices

This article explains how to access your Bookboost invoices, understand what each charge refers to, and how to complete payment — whether online or via manual bank transfer. 💡

Where to Find Your Invoices

Bookboost invoices are sent directly to your billing email address. You will receive separate invoices for:

  • Your subscription fee — issued at the start of the billing period

  • Your messaging usage charges — issued at the end of the billing period, once your usage has been calculated

If you are unsure which email address is registered for billing, or if you have not received an invoice you were expecting, please contact the Bookboost Finance team at support@bookboost.io. 📩

Understanding Your Invoice

Each Bookboost invoice includes the following key information:

  • Invoice number — a unique reference for that specific invoice

  • Issue date — the date the invoice was generated

  • Due date — the date by which payment must be completed

  • Line items — a description of what is being charged (e.g. licence fee, messaging usage)

  • Subtotal, VAT, and total amount due

  • Payment options — a Pay Online link and bank transfer details

How to Pay Online

The easiest way to pay your invoice is via the "Pay Online" link included in the invoice. Clicking it will redirect you to a secure Stripe-powered payment page where you can:

  1. Use a previously saved payment method if one is already stored on your account

  2. Choose from a range of available payment options offered through Stripe

  3. Optionally save your chosen payment method for future invoices

How to Pay via Bank Transfer

If you prefer to pay by manual bank transfer, the invoice includes all the necessary details to wire the payment. Please make sure to reference your invoice number in the transfer description so our Finance team can match your payment correctly.

⚠️ Please note: Bank transfers are processed manually and may take a few business days to be registered. Make sure to initiate the transfer before the invoice due date to avoid any service disruption.

Known Considerations

  • Check your spam folder — invoice emails can occasionally be filtered by spam filters. Add finance@bookboost.io to your safe senders list to avoid this

  • VAT — depending on your country and VAT registration status, VAT may be applied to your invoices. If you have questions about VAT, contact our Finance team

Conclusion

Bookboost invoices are delivered by email and can be paid quickly via the Stripe payment link, or manually by bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice. If you ever have a question about a specific charge or cannot locate an invoice, the Bookboost Finance team is always happy to help. 🙌
