Step 1: Prepare the File

Duplicate the Template
Before making any changes, create a copy of the template.
The first column provides formatting instructions, follow these carefully to prevent errors. Once your data is correctly formatted, delete the first column before importing.
Save the File:
The preferred format is CSV, but Excel can also be used.
⚠️ Important: Improper formatting may cause the import to fail.
Step 2: Import the File into Bookboost
🏘️ Note only applicable for Multi-Property Accounts: If you manage multiple properties, select the correct App before importing the file. You can switch Apps by clicking on the top left corner next to the Bookboost logo.
Go to the Import Section:
Select and Upload the File:
Map the Columns:
Wait for the Import to Complete:
The time required depends on the file size. Larger files may take longer to process.
Step 3: Add Guests to a List
If you plan to send campaigns to the imported guests, you should add them to a list.
Create a List:
Go to the Import Section and add Users to the List:
Step 4: Use the List for a Campaign
Create an Audience:
Set Up a Campaign:
Once your audience is created, add it to a Journey or Broadcast Campaign in Bookboost.
