Ascom Device - Clear Cache

Tap the square at the bottom right hand corner.

This will shrink the Atlas app into the middle of the screen.

Tap that icon at the top, then Tap App Info as it shows here.

On the next screen tap the option of Storage, and on the following screen clear both the cache and the app data as shown here. It will say about deleting some things, this is fine just tap ok.


​Please note: Only select clear cache. Clearing storage/data is the the equivalent to reinstalling the app & can cause loss of data if all device(s) have not been synchronised prior clearing data.

On the next screen tap the option of Storage, and on the following screen clear both the cache and the app data as shown here.
