Uninstalling & Reinstalling the Atlas eMAR app

It may become necessary to uninstall and re-add the Atlas eMAR app from a handheld Device.

There are two ways this can be carried out, both of which are explained in this User Guide.

Which route you follow will be dependent of whether your handset is “Locked Down” or has access to the PlayStore.

Risks around reinstalling the app

If you would like to reinstall the app by either clearing the storage or uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your device, please note that this could lead to data loss if the device has not been successfully synced prior to doing this.

This could mean some already administered medications would show as due now again, booked in medication would show on the booking in screen, medication stock would not be up to date, and any changes made to profiles or medications would have not been saved.
