Can you tap the double square in the bottom left of the screen
This will shrink the care app into the middle of the screen and it will look like this.
Tap that icon at the top, then Tap App Info for me as it shows here
Tap the app info icon. Scroll down and tap on storage
On the next screen tap the option of Storage, and on the following screen clear both the cache and the app data as shown here.
Please note: Only select clear cache. Clearing storage/data is the the equivalent to reinstalling the app & can cause loss of data if all device(s) have not been synchronised prior clearing data.
