ND Patient allergic issue

Should you wish to dispense them, the prescription item can be refreshed within the RX pool and will appear on the dispensing screen. Please see the recommended process below:

1. View the resident’s prescription history from the resident’s profile with your CAPA or Atlas Pharmacy Product. The affected item will show with an allocation status of ND (Patient allergic).
Example:

2. Right click the affected item and select “view RX from Pool”


3. From the RX pool highlight the item, right click, and select “refresh allocation” then send to interim or monthly.


​4. Please note: If selecting refresh allocation doesn't allow for the item to be sent to interim or monthly. From the prescription history tab highlight the item and selecting "Free Up" Rx then send to interim or monthly.
