The delivery screen has been designed for packages which are ready to scan out for delivery, it is important that all packages are scanned out for delivery.
Scan out for delivery
To scan out the package(s) scan the bar code on the package(s) label.
Once all of the package(s) have been scanned click print. If additional delivery labels are required for a delivery sheet input how many copies are required and select ok.
Packages ready for delivery
The "packages ready for delivery" screen has been designed to display any packages awaiting delivery but not yet scanned out.
To view the packages ready for delivery click search from the tool bar located and select the tab packages ready for delivery.
Tips
Check this screen at the end of each day to in sure that all packages have been scanned out.
By selecting type you can change the view to display in interim / Monthly packages.
By selecting due you can change the display to show packages by due date.
All packages should be scanned out and delivered by the due date.
