The PCS001 form outlines the current medication list for all patients and the times they are due for a each unit within a Care Home.
To generate the PCS001 form follow this process;
1.Log into CAPA, press F3 and select the relevant Care Home.
2. From the unit drop down list located in the top left hand corner of the care home dashboard select the unit you wish to generate the report for, then select the PCS/ONLINE tab. (This will need to be done per unit, therefore in the event your Care Home has multiple units you will need to repeat this process for each unit you require the report for).
3.SelectPCS Manager, then click the reporting tab.
4.Selectthe Print PCS001 option, enter the document name and you will be required to encrypt this documentation with a password. The documentation will be sent to the user logged into CAPA at the time the report is generated.
The report contains a form which can be completed and returned to the pharmacy in the event the home wish to make changes to the round times.
