Change a Care home's contact information

Care home details may change over time, CAPA allows you to make these relevant amendments on request.

Any amendments to Care home details can be completed via the Care homes dashboard within the view home details section. Please Inform PCS Helpdesk of any changes to allow all records to be kept up to date.

Change a Care home name or company name

1. Double click on view home details from the care home dashboard, select change next to the Care home name or company.

2. Amend as requested, select ok and close the screen. The Care home name will change once the page has been refreshed.

Change a Care home address

1. Double click on view home details from the care home dashboard, select address.

2. Amend as requested, select ok and close the screen. The Care home address will change once the page has been refreshed.

Change a unit name

1. Double click onview home detailsfrom the care home dashboard, double clickthe unit name you wish to change.

2. Select change next to the unit name and address, amend the unit name by changing the organisation name and select ok.

3. The Care home unit name will change once the page has been refreshed.

Add or Change phone, fax or email details

1. Double click on view home details from the care home dashboard, double click the unit you wish to change the details for.

2. Highlight the type of contact details you wish to edit or delete, alternatively select add to add new details. Amend the details as requested complete all required fields and select ok (note you can only have one primary type of contact details).

3. The Care home unit name will change once the page has been refreshed.
