Your CAPA PIN number can be reset if it is forgotten.
Follow this process to reset your PIN number,
1. Double click the CAPA icon to open the log in prompt.
2. Enter your user name in to the relevant field.
3. Select Forgot PIN?
You will receive a new PIN number via ***phone or email***depending on your settings
