This Article aims to show you how to action outstanding product matches.
The prescriptions section of Atlas pharmacy allows you view the current status of prescription and any active order matching for items being actively processed.
Items appearing in the drug match section require action. If one item requires a product match all other items on the prescriptions will not display on CAPA and the barcodes will not scan.
To action a outstanding product match.
Double click on a medication & it will show which item requires a product match. Double click on the item show blank in the CAPA section.
If the product or similar product is available it will show in the search product list as below to select that product.
Once the product match is completed it will clear from the screen and the data update on Atlas Pharmacy/Residents dispense history.

If the product is not available on Atlas Pharmacy to match the product please contact the Support team to add the product to the system. support@atlasemar.com
