How to Obtain RXID from TITAN for investigation

In the event of Prescriptions failing to send to CAPA or Data not transferring via the integration. Atlas & TITAN Dev's will work together to investigate the root cause to resolve the issue. To support our investigations the below information will be required.

Items on Rx:

Date on Rx:

Date handed out on Titan: Image as evidence may be required.

RXID: Either a clear Rx image or you can copy & paste the RXID from Titan by following the below steps.
