Why Have I Not Received My Verification Code?

Two-factor authentication is used to protect your data, to access a number of area's within Atlas Central you will be required to request and enter a verification code.

In the event that you have requested a verification code however it has not been received please check the following details;

  • Please check all junk and spam folders within your email account to ensure that the email has not defaulted into one of those folders.

  • Check the authentication type you have select is correct for example if you want the code to be generated to your mobile number that you have not select email code.

  • The email and phone number in your profile are correct.

  • Check your email account for an notification of a degraded service or service outage from Atlas. Should there be a outage regarding any services an email notification will be sent to all users email address and out system status page will be updated. Please check our Status Page to see details of current known service incidents. You can also subscribe to be notified by email and text when incidents are reported and updated. https://status.personcentredsoftware.com

  • If you have completed all of the above and the problem persists please contact Atlas Support for further assistance. There are three different ways you can contact the Atlas support team: chat, email or phone. If you would like to contact us via chat, please log in on Atlas Central, use the round blue widget on the bottom right corner and press on the 'Send us a message' option. If you would like to contact us via email, please email us on support@atlasemar.com. Lastly, if you would prefer to speak to us, please dial 0117 200 1474 and press option 1, then option 2. Please note that our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm.
