Are you able to try and clear your cache and data on Microsoft Edge please:
1) Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the internet browser
2) Click on 'Settings'
3) Click on 'Privacy, search, and services'
4) Under the heading 'Clear Browsing Data' click on the option of 'Choose what to clear'
5) Click on the drop down menu to choose the option of 'All Time' and then press the option for 'Clear Now'
