The Maximum Hours Offline feature enables organisations to force synchronisation after a customisable period of inactively. This feature is designed to help protect sensitive information being accessed by unauthorised people if a device is left unattended or removed from its indented location.
To enable this feature follow this process:
1. Log in to Atlas Central.
2. Go to Security settings located within the manage my care home section in the left hand menu panel.
3. Input the maximum hours you wish for a device to be allowed offline for before it requires synchronisation.
4. Press Save.
