The stock take screen has been designed to show users whenever a stock take has been completed and a discrepancy has been identified.
The view displays the current stock level (as of the last successful synchronisation), the stock level before the stock take and the stock level after completion.
To view the stock take screen follow this process:
1. Log in to Atlas Central and from the left hand side option panel click the small arrow next to the stock option to view the subsections.
2.Select the stock take option.
3. Should you wish you view the screen per unit allocation please select the unit from the locations box located at the top left hand corner of the screen, the date range can also be adjusted by updating the From and To dates then click search.
Please note: This feature is only compatible with devices which are running the Atlas eMAR application version 7.6 and above. This version is not compatible with the discontinue MiTac A235 or A335 device.
The Atlas App version number can be identified in the settings cog which is located main screen of the Atlas app.
