Atlas Central Documentation Feature

Keep your documentation together and safe in one place with Atlas Central.

Documents can be uploaded to individual resident profiles or for the whole home which can then be downloaded and viewed at any time.

The Manage Documents page is a quick and simplified view designed to efficiently managed your paperwork. Documentation you wish to add at home level can be added via the Manage Documents page.

To upload a document via the residents profile;

1.Log into Atlas Central and select Residents from the options panel located on the left hand side of the screen.

2. Locate the residents profile you wish to upload a document to and select View to enter the profile.

3. Scroll down the residents profile until you find the documents section,clickadd document.

4.Click choose file, locate and select the file you wish to upload from your PC (Tip: you cannot upload files with the same file name to the same resident). Give the document a title and add any relevant notes regarding the documentation, once completed click upload document.

5. Once the document has been uploaded, give the document a title and add any relevant notes once completed click upload document.

Documents which are allocated to a individual can be downloaded for viewing at any time directly from the residents profile.
