The document feature allows user to upload and view documents directly via the device at either a home or resident level. Documents uploaded via Atlas Central can also be viewed on the device.
To upload a document at a home level follow this process:
1.Log into Atlas eMAR.
2. Select Docs from the toolbar.
3.Clickadd,inputthe document Title and any relevant notes.
4.Select Scan document to take a image of the documentation. Once you are happy with the quality of the image, close the image window and select add.
The document will now be saved and upload to Atlas Central when leaving the screen.
To view the document via the device select view.
To upload a document to a residents profile follow this process:
1.Log in to Atlas eMAR.
2.Select View Residents and locate and enter the residents profile that you wish to upload the document to.
3.Select Docs from the tool bar.
4.Click add, input the document Title and any relevant notes.
5.Select Scan document to take a image of the documentation. Once you are happy with the quality of the image, close the image window and select add.
The document will now be saved and upload to Atlas Central when leaving the screen.
To view the document via the device select view.
