Process for sharing data
There is a robust process for verifying companies, technologies, and the use case for each data sharing integration. This ensures that only companies and technologies that have the highest standards of data security with a beneficial use case are engaged with.

• Clinical Readings
• Allergies
Enabling data sharing integration ATLAS eMAR has put in place a process where the care provider who is the data controller can enable the data from ATLAS eMAR to be shared with their technology partner.
ATLAS Central, our web portal, has an Integration menu. Authorised user at Care Home will be able to choose the technology that they want to share their data with, accept a privacy policy and then enable the integration by generating an access key which is passed on to the chosen technology partner.
To activate the integration, you would need to follow this process:
1.Log into Atlas Central andselectMarketplace from the panel on the left hand side of the main screen.
2.SelectView details for the Care Plan integration you wish to enable.
3. You will be displayed with an access key which will need to be provided to your Care Plan provider. Once you have taken the Access Key details,selectactivate and contact your provider with the access key details who will be able to complete the activation for you.
