How the integration with Atlas works

Nourish is a Care Planning solution, which helps to record, monitor and co-ordinate care in real-time. It allows carers to personalise the care given to each resident within the Care home.

Nourish and Atlas Integrations types:

Within Atlas eMAR we have two available integrations with Nourish;

•Nourish Client Profile Sharing
•Nourish Medicine Sync

*Both integrations require separate activation and both can be active at the same time.

The Medication Sync requires synchronisation of the Atlas eMAR device to ensure the most up to date information regarding administrations can be passed from Atlas to Nourish.

Once this integration is enabled users should only add resident profile through the Nourish Solution.

For existing Atlas customers prior to activating the Client Profile Sharing integration a full review of the residents information should be completed on both Atlas and Nourish to ensure the details are identical for the automated patient matching process. This needs to be completed PRIOR to activation to avoid the creation of duplicated resident records.

Updates to the residents, name, DOB, NHS number and status on Nourish will be reflected within Atlas.

Profiles created through the integration will not have a picture and this will need to be added via our handheld devices on the eMAR app.

Tip:

If a residents profile is created on Atlas in an emergency or you start using the Client Profile Sharing integration after residents have been registered on Atlas the details added to Nourish must be exactly the same to avoid a duplicate resident profile being created.

You may want to copy the information on Atlas & paste Forename, Known as, Surname, D.O.B, allergies, NHS number etc into Nourish to decrease entry errors. A space after the name can also class as a difference & create a duplicate resident profile.
Both of these can be found on the Marketplace on the left hand side of your Atlas Central Dashboard under the care plans section:
