Zebra Device - Clear Cache

First you will need to tap the square icon to the bottom right of the device screen.

This will shrink the care app into the middle of the screen and it will look like this. then tap the app icon (the arrow is pointing to it),

Tap App Info for me as it shows here.

Please note: Only select clear cache. Clearing storage/data is the the equivalent to reinstalling the app & can cause loss of data if all device(s) have not been synchronised prior clearing data.

On the next screen tap the option of Storage and Cache, and on the following screen clear both the cache and the app data as shown here.
