If a residents moves to another unit within your home and requires transferring from one device to another you are able to transfer the residents profile via their profile on Atlas Central.

Please do not remove the residents profile on the current device and add a new profile to the new unit as this will result in the residents profile becoming archived and their medication labels will no longer scan.

Before completing the resident transfer please beware of the following;
To ensure the residents profile is up to date with the latest information its best practice to synchronise the device the resident is currently allocated to before making any changes via Atlas Central.
If you are unable to synchronisation either of the units devices for any reason please do not complete a resident transfer. Both the unit the resident is currently on and the unit the resident is moving to will need to be synchronised in order for the transfer of data to take please.
Once you have transferred the residents profile from one unit to another, immediately synchronise for the change to take place - It is best practice to synchronise the unit the resident is currently on first, once completed, synchronise the unit the resident is moving to.
If the residents room number has changed you are able to print a new resident name label from the residents profile on Atlas Central.
