How To Record Observations On The Residents Profile

Atlas eMAR allows for observations to be recorded, these records will then be uploaded to the residents profile allow user to view them on the Atlas app, Atlas Central and they are also be displayed on the residents MAR charts.

The following observations can be recorded on the device;

  • Pulse Readings

  • International Normalisation Ratio

  • Bloody Glucose Readings

  • Blood Pressure Readings

  • Potassium Levels

  • Sodium Level

  • Fall

  • Body Temperature

  • Oxygen Saturation level

  • Dry cough

  • New or worsening confusion

  • PainChek score

  • Weight

  • Height

  • Ketones

To record a observation follow this process;

  1. Log in to the Atlas device, and select Residents from the main menu.

  2. From the residents list locate and select the resident you wish to record a reading for.

  3. From the residents profile page select observations.

4. From the listselectthe relevant of observations.

5. Select add observation to add your recording.

Observations are available to view on both the device and the residents profile on Atlas Central.
