Items which do not have stock control as the stock cannot be calculated by Atlas PCS need to be manually managed by you in the home, for example surgical items, creams, eye/ear drops, Inhalers, liquid food supplements, ampoules and pre-filled syringes. Although the stock figure cannot be accounted for on the device, you can account for reviewing the stock levels by marking the stock as stock ok, low stock or stock unknown. This will record that the stock level has been reviewed and this is available to view from the manual stock section on the Atlas Central site.

Stock ok - The stock has been reviewed and no action is required. Pressing "stock ok" will default drug to prompt in 14 days and account as "stock take".

Stock low - This will add the item to your low stock screen to be actioned appropriately. Pressing "low stock" will add the medication to the "low stock tab within manage stock.
