How to clear booking in screen following booking in Items manually.

On occasions newly supplied medications may need to be booked in manually then appear on the booking in screen at a later date.

Please see below our recommendations of what to do when this happens:

  1. Log in to the Atlas app and select book in stock from the main menu

  2. Select the resident you wish to book stock in for

  3. For items which have previously been booked in manually which are now displayed, select manually book in.

  4. When asked “Do you want to add the quantity to stock” select “no” – this will avoid duplicating stock figures

  5. The booking in record will be created however the quantity will not be added to the total stock figure

  6. Please note: We would highly recommend reviewing the resident/service user’s medication lists during each medication round to ensure there are no duplicate medications
