Step-by-step instructions

  1. Access the Performance Page

    • Navigate to the left-hand menu

    • Click on Performance

  2. Understand the Performance Tab

    • This tab provides an overview of bookings and revenue

    • Key Metrics Overview:

      • Gross Revenue: Total revenue including all charges

      • RevPAR: Revenue per available room

      • Occupancy Rate: Percentage of booked rooms

      • Average Daily Rate (ADR): Average price per booked night

      • Booking window: Time between reservation and check-in

      • Length of stay (ALOS): Average nights guests stay

Note

Gross revenue includes booked nights (VAT included), extras, and discounts.

Example

A booking on 1st July includes €100 base, €20 tax, €10 extra, €2 city tax, minus €10 discount, totalling €122 for 1st July.
