How does it work?
1. Connect the Instagram account of the media or content creator
👉 Prerequisite: You need to have added an Instagram channel in Affilizz
Go to the settings of the Instagram channel you want to connect.
In the "Association" section, click on the "Connect account" button.
💡 If you manage multiple creators or Instagram accounts, make sure you're either logged out or logged into the correct account before starting the connection process. Instagram will default to the account you're currently logged into.
💡 Instagram may prompt you to switch to a professional account if you haven’t already.
Log into the corresponding Instagram account if you haven’t already.
Grant the necessary permissions to the Affilizz app when prompted.
After a few seconds, the Instagram account will be successfully connected to your channel in Affilizz.
2. Create your Instagram auto reply

Start by creating a new post by clicking the "Create Affiliate Content" button in the left navigation bar.
Copy a merchant link into the post search bar or search for a product to create a link.
💡 Remember to always name your post and ideally add a tag — this will help you easily find and organize your work.
Once your link is created, click on the icon next to the Instagram link.
Choose the target for your automatic reply:
a. A specific post or reel from the displayed list
b. The next post or reel that will be published on the account
c. All posts
Define which comments you want to respond to automatically
a. All comments (the reply will be sent regardless of the comment)
b. Comments containing the keywords you specify
Prepare your message
a. Write the message that will be sent via DM, along with the button label
b. (optional) Write up to 3 comments that will be posted publicly to reassure users that their comment has been acknowledged
Confirm your automatic reply
Review and finalize your settings.
Once completed, your automatic reply goes live immediately.
3. Edit your automatic message settings
In your post, click again on the icon next to the Instagram link. The icon should indicate that this automation is live.
In the panel that opens, update the options you want.
⚠ Only the target can be changed.If needed, you can disable the automation.
