Adding affiliate content to an article (WordPress Classic Editor)
👉 Prerequisite: You must have created affiliate content in Affilizz to see it appear when using the plugin.
Go to an article on your WordPress site.
When the Affilizz plugin is installed and you're using the WordPress Classic Editor, a "Insert Affiliate Content" button will be available at the top of the page.
Position the cursor where you want to add the affiliate content in your article and click the "Insert Affiliate Content" button.
💡 You can add line breaks before and after the affiliate content if you want extra spacing.
A content insertion pop-up will open, where you can choose from the publications created in Affilizz.
After selecting the Affilizz publication you're interested in, all related affiliate content will appear under the "Affiliate Content(s)" field.
💡 You can add multiple pieces of content in succession.
Once you've chosen the affiliate content, confirm by clicking the "Insert" button.
💡 If you’ve added new affiliate content in Affilizz while editing your article in WordPress, click the "Refresh" button to update the available data.
Adding Affiliate Content to an Article Using the Gutenberg Editor (Block Mode)
The procedure is almost identical to the Classic Editor, starting from opening the affiliate content insertion pop-up.
Go to a post or article page on your WordPress site.
Click one of the "+" buttons on the WordPress article page to add an "Affilizz Affiliate Content" block.
Click the "Add Content" button in the newly added block to open the affiliate content insertion pop-up.
Follow the same steps described for the Classic Editor to select and insert affiliate content.
Once the content is inserted, a preview of the affiliate content will appear in your article.
💡 You can edit or delete this content by clicking on it.
💡 Automatic Updates: If you edit the affiliate content of a publication in Affilizz, the content you’ve added to your WordPress articles/posts will update automatically!
