1. What is Affilizz's Business Model?
Affilizz operates on a revenue-sharing model (80/20 rev share). Publishers receive 80% of the commissions, while 20% goes to Affilizz.
2. Is Opening an Account Free?
Yes, opening an account is free. You only pay a commission on the revenue generated.
3. What Are the Paid Options on Affilizz?
Some Premium features are paid, with free trial offers:
Magic Match: Automatic generation of affiliate widgets (€0.50 per creation). For example, on Les Numériques, accessories related to a product are displayed and refreshed monthly, ensuring relevant and available product highlights. Similarly, on Cowcotland, a price table is automatically generated for a product mentioned on the page.
AI Deals: Ready-to-use, customizable articles generated by AI (€2 per creation, introductory price, after 5 free). These articles include a catchy title, a product description, its uses, the offer, a price comparison with affiliate links.
Content Production: Ready-to-publish deals and buying guides, available upon request.
4. Where Can I Find My Invoices and Payment Information?
Invoices and billing data are available in two tabs of your Billing section:
In France, please provide your billing address, SIRET, and, if applicable, a VAT number. Requirements vary by country for international users.
5. Can I Use Affilizz Without a Legal Status?
No, having a legal status is required: either as a business or a self-employed professional. Individuals without a legal status cannot use the platform. If your business is in the process of being created, you can start using Affilizz and enter this information later.
6. Is There a Minimum Payout Amount?
Yes, payments are triggered once your commissions reach a minimum threshold of €50 (excluding taxes).
7. How Are Commissions and Payments Calculated?
Commissions generated through Affilizz are tracked in real time. A downloadable file (available at the end of the monthly invoice) details each sale, including the site or channel that generated the commission, as well as the net and gross amounts.
Important: Canceled orders or returned products do not generate commissions.
8. What Are the Payment Timelines?
Payment timelines vary depending on the store:
Amazon: About 60 days after the sale is confirmed.
Other stores: On average, between 3 and 4 months.
Travel: After the service is consumed (e.g., a trip payment occurs after completion).
Affilizz processes your commissions within 30 days after receiving your invoice.
9. Why Are Some Invoices Negative?
This happens when:
You have received commissions directly through an external program or platform (e.g., Amazon).
Affilizz then charges its 20% share of those earnings.
10. What Do "Total Amount to be Paid" and "Pending on Platforms" Mean?
Total Amount to be Paid: This represents the total commissions generated and owed by Affilizz to the publisher. When this amount is positive, Affilizz owes the publisher. When it is negative, Affilizz must invoice the publisher, as explained earlier.
Pending on Platforms: This amount includes commissions validated by platforms but usually not yet paid. It includes sales validated by stores (like Amazon) and affiliate platforms. These commissions are pending payment and are not yet eligible for immediate payout.
11. Why Do I Sometimes Earn Per Click Without Revenue?
Until November 2024, revenue came exclusively from sales commissions (CPA model, cost per acquisition). Since December 2024, Affilizz also offers earnings per click (CPC model, cost per click). This means you can earn revenue even if no sale is finalized, based on traffic volume and advertiser campaigns.
12. What Are the Upcoming Changes in Billing?
Affilizz plans to launch an auto-billing system. Invoices will be generated automatically to simplify the process.
13. How Can I Contact Affilizz Support for Billing Questions?
If you have questions about billing, payments, or any other account-related issues, you can contact our support via Live chat on our website. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours.
