📊 Deployment Analytics shows user-generated content and engagement data on demand for live and previously deployed programs.
Select Deployments, then select the deployment you want to explore.
Select Analytics. There are six categories of analytics you can access:
Overview: A high-level look at how far you are into your deployment, overall activity, and engagement.
Select Download Activity Data to export a snapshot of activity data to an Excel spreadsheet. You can select content and audience activity to include or exclude.
Content breakdown: A summary of each step in your program and its engagement rate in the deployment.
Audience breakdown: Program engagement and completion statistics grouped by audience and by participant.
Messaging: A record of messages sent during your deployment.
Insights: Collected insights shared by your participants in this deployment. You can like and comment on insights here!
Select Download Insights for an Excel spreadsheet of all program insights to date.
Variables: An overview of aggregated responses to each of the program variables that you configured to show in analytics.
Select Download Variable Data to export responses to an Excel spreadsheet.
You can customize the timeframe of the responses and the audience(s) that provided the responses.
You can also choose whether you want to export your selected responses only, or all of the non-private responses in the program.
