đĄ Engagement cards help you monitor participant activity in your live deployments from the Activity feed. They summarize key engagement signals so you can quickly understand how a deployment is progressing and decide whether to take action.
What are engagement cards?
Engagement cards are activity cards that show how participants are interacting with a live deployment. They are designed to give you a quick daily snapshot of deployment health without needing to open Deployment Analytics every time.
Engagement cards can highlight information such as:
how many participants were active
how many steps participants completed
how many insights participants shared
how much written content participants generated
how engagement has changed over the last 24 hours, where applicable
Where to find engagement cards
Go to Activate.
Select Activity from the main navigation.
Scroll through the Activity feed to view your latest cards.
You can use filters to focus the feed by deployment or by activity card type.
When engagement cards appear
Engagement cards are generated for live deployments. The Activity feed updates daily with engagement data and can also show other activity cards when important deployment milestones are reached.
Cards are shown in chronological order, with the newest updates appearing first.
Types of engagement cards
Activity statistics
The Activity statistics card summarizes participant activity in a deployment. It may show metrics such as:

Use this card to understand whether participants are getting started and continuing to move through the program.
Participant-generated content
The Participant-generated content card summarizes content that participants have created in the deployment. It may show metrics such as:
insights shared
words written
changes over the last 24 hours, where available
Use this card to see whether participants are contributing responses and sharing meaningful input.
How to use engagement cards
Engagement cards are useful for quick monitoring. They can help you decide whether to:
check Deployment Analytics for more detail
review participant progress
look for changes in activity over time
follow up with participants who may need a nudge
confirm that your deployment is gaining momentum
Each engagement card includes a prompt that helps you decide what to do next. When you want more detail, open Deployment analytics from the card or go to the relevant deployment and select Analytics.
