To streamline the process, orders placed before 6:00 pm for individual items or 2:00 pm for carton orders ensure next-day delivery.

Internal Delivery Network:

At the heart of our delivery system are our own fleet of 3.5-tonne vans. These vehicles operate on fixed daily routes, providing customers with consistent delivery times, free from unexpected delays.

Third-Party Option:

In certain cases, we may utilize the services of our trusted third-party transport provider, Movianto. When your order is handled by Movianto, it is integrated into a dynamic route system, which may result in varying delivery times while maintaining efficiency. If your order has been sent via Movianto, our customer service team will notify you via email. They will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order.

Instructions for Tracking an Order on the Movianto Customer Portal

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Tracking Website

  2. Enter Tracking Reference

    • Locate the "Track Another Order" box on the tracking page. This box is highlighted in yellow for easy identification.

    • In the "Track Another Order" box, enter the Tracking Reference number provided by Phoenix's customer service. Make sure to enter the number accurately to ensure correct tracking information.

  1. Click Search

    • After entering your tracking reference, click on the "Search" button. This action will prompt the system to search for the order details associated with the entered tracking reference.

  2. View Expected Delivery Date

    • Once the search is complete, the system will display the details of your order, including the expected delivery date. The portal will also provide updates at each stage of the delivery process until the order is delivered. Review this information to stay updated on the progress and expected arrival of your order.

By following these steps, you can easily track your order and know its expected delivery date using the Movianto Customer Portal. The portal will keep you informed with real-time updates throughout the delivery process.
