When some products are in short supply, caps are imposed to assist with the fair distribution of available stock. Any extension to the capped quantity is agreed upon in liaison with the manufacturer, on a case-by-case basis.
On ordering, if the full quantity required is not forthcoming, but is in stock, please contact your Key Account Manager.
Provide the account number, PIP code, and product required, together with the number of packs you need. We can then decide if there is the possibility of granting your request, depending upon the stock levels at the time. Either way, your Key Account Manager will inform you of the decision.
